State Enterprise Plant “Electrotyazhmash”
“Electrtotyazhmash” - is widely recognized brand in engineering and manufacturing of turbogenerators, hydrogenerators and large DC machines, completing electric equipment for urban and railway electric transport.
Being the leader of the electric machine engineering of Ukraine State Enterprise plant “Electrotyazhmsh” performs orders not only in Europe, but also in the whole world: Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Panama, Mexico and some other countries in which the products with our brand are being successfully operated.
There are five basic components of the work of our enterprise facilitating in popularity in the world – five factors important for each of our numerous clients. First of all, it is complex approach to carrying out of orders, as we both design and produce the newest types of power electric machines and provide supervision, service maintenance and the widest range of additional engineering services. Carrying out any order “Electrotyazhmash” follows the principle - “The Customer must receive more than expected”.
One more obligatory component of the enterprise work is innovativeness. Nowadays in conditions of global competitiveness each customer tries to find the most effective technical decision, to get the equipment which could provide him with the highest efficiency at simultaneous economy of sources. That is why designers of “Electrtotyazhmash” work on improvement of construction of electric machines and their control systems. That is why in each of our developments we use the latest achievements of the electric machine engineering and the latest patents. And in order to carry out necessary testings of new constructions just on the stage of design we use the method of solid-state modeling allowing to save not only the time but material costs, that is a very important factor for searching of optimum engineering decision. At that, no matter if “Electrotyazhmash” performs single order or produces series of electric machines integral part of our work is provision of the products' highest quality, warranties of their reliability, continuous and uninterrupted operation. It is implemented by Quality Assurance System introduced at the enterprise covering all the stages of work from design up to manufacturing. These are high requirements to keeping the technology at each operation, carrying out of full-scale testings of ready products that have allowed our enterprise to get the certificate of international Quality Assurance System ISO 9001:2008 — the certificate of trust from foreign customers' side.
High level of works' organization, usage of extra powerful computer design systems and high productive technological equipment at all stages of manufacturing allow to minimize time losses for carrying out of orders, and it is especially important in the century of high-speed communications dictating the life speed getting quicker and quicker. During that time the plant has produced 660 turbine generators rated from 12 to 500 MW, 135 hydrogenerators rated from 6 to 241 MW, over one thousand heavy electric DC machines for drives of rolling mills, mine hoists, metal cutting machines, coal-mining industry, over than 40 thousand sets of locomotive electric equipment, and also equipment for electric locomotives, diesel trains, trams and trolley-buses.
